Processing and delivery occur Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included. During busy periods (sales, holidays), delivery can take up to 20 business days.

Shipping details

Delivery area: We deliver throughout Denmark.

Shipping partner: Orders are shipped directly from our international warehouse in China. When the package arrives in Denmark, it is handed over to PostNord, who ensures final delivery to your front door or nearest ParcelShop.

Why do we ship directly from China? By shipping directly from production, we avoid unnecessary stops at local distribution centers – this saves packaging, reduces CO₂ emissions, and gives you access to unique collections at fair prices. Delivery takes a bit longer, but you get something unique delivered to your door.

Track your order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can follow the package anytime here:

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available after shipment. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days, contact us at info@concept-odense.com.

Customs, VAT, and import duties

Orders at Concept Odense are always shipped directly from our international warehouse in China.

VAT and any import duties are always the customer's responsibility and are charged according to Danish law. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid upon delivery. Duties may vary depending on the order value.

Address change

Need to change the delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible – no later than 24 hours after placing the order. After this time, changes may not be possible as the order may already be in process.

Order cancellation

Changed your mind? We understand. Since orders are processed quickly and incur non-refundable costs (payment processing, logistics, handling), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it via our standard return process.
