These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on concept-odense.com. By completing a purchase, you accept the terms below.
The terms apply to all customers within our active markets: Denmark, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and Poland.
1. General
This webshop is operated by Concept Odense (LRS ECOM B.V.). All purchases are made in accordance with applicable EU legislation as well as the national consumer laws applicable in your country of residence.
2. Ordering and Agreement
When you place an order on our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is considered binding once the order confirmation has been sent.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, lack of stock, or misuse of the webshop.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in the local currency for your market and include VAT where applicable. Prices may vary depending on the delivery country and any applicable taxes.
Payment is made via the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are securely processed through certified payment providers that comply with recognized security standards.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provide when ordering. The total delivery time consists of processing and shipping time and may vary depending on the destination and external factors such as customs, holidays, or delays with the shipping company.

5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order. At Concept Odense, we offer an extended withdrawal period of 30 days.

6. Returns
All returns must be reported in advance via our customer service. The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, Concept Odense covers the return shipping costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Concept Odense is not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or circumstances beyond our control – including force majeure, technical errors from third parties, and delays from external suppliers. Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the relevant order, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
8. Complaints
As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty period under the Sale of Goods Act. In case of defects or faults, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the item and your order number so we can find the best solution – either replacement, repair, or refund.
9. Personal Data

10. Disputes and Choice of Law
Any disputes will be resolved according to applicable law. Disputes are first sought to be resolved amicably through dialogue with our customer service.
