Delivery

At Concept Odense, we ship our products directly from our international warehouse. This allows us to offer a carefully selected range at competitive prices.

We deliver to the following markets: Denmark, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and Poland.

Delivery Time

The expected delivery time is 12–14 business days and consists of the following:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: 9–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors such as customs, holidays, or delays with the shipping company.

How It Works

  1. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email
  2. Your order is processed and prepared at our warehouse
  3. When the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email
  4. Delivery is made via local shipping partners – for example PostNord, DHL, or GLS, depending on the destination

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and package size. The final price will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Important Information

  • Make sure the delivery address is correct and complete when ordering
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment
  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you are always welcome to contact our customer service

Customs, VAT, and Import Duties

Since we ship from our international warehouse, customs, import duties, or VAT may apply upon delivery in some cases. These are determined by the authorities in the recipient’s country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Any fees are charged directly by the shipping company or customs authorities and are not included in the checkout price. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the applicable regulations in your country.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible – and no later than 7 days after receipt. Please attach photos of the item along with your order number, and we will find the best solution.
