Job description

To strengthen our digital growth, we are looking for a E-mail Marketer with strong commercial understanding and a flair for automation, segmentation, and performance optimization. The role involves responsibility for developing, executing, and optimizing email strategies that create real value for our customers and drive conversion across the entire customer journey.

You will become a central part of our marketing unit and have solid influence on our CRM infrastructure, data modeling, and content pipelines.

Your responsibilities

  • Create and execute email campaigns as well as marketing automation flows

  • Segment and analyze target groups based on customer behavior, RFM models, and purchase data

  • Conduct A/B tests, KPI monitoring, and ongoing performance optimization

  • Structure the content calendar for CRM and lifecycle marketing

  • Maintain delivery rate, domain reputation, and compliance (GDPR)

  • Collaborate with design, e-commerce, and management to ensure integrated execution

  • Develop new tactics based on both classic and modern CRM methods

We expect you to

  • Have experience with email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar)

  • Work analytically, professionally, and with commercial understanding

  • Have expertise in data-driven marketing and KPI management

  • Communicate fluently in Danish and master clear, strategic written communication

  • Thrive with freedom under responsibility, traditional structures, and clear operational procedures
